Red, Navy, Pinto beans
Ditalini Pasta
Potato
Tomato
Onion
Zucchini
Carrots
Celery
Garlic
Peas
Broccoli
Parsley
Chicken
Salt
Turmeric

Preparation
Soak beans in water for 2 hrs. Heat Olive Oil and lightly saute turmeric, parsley and garlic, followed by all vegetables. Mix in the beans with the vegetables and then add water. Add the uncooked pasta and salt. Cook on medium till boiling then simmer till beans are fully cooked.
